SHIPPING POLICY

Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, shall be as follows:

All orders are subject to verification for security reasons. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not pass verification and security at our end.

PRE-ORDERS:
Please be aware that because of the “pre-sale” nature of such transactions, you should expect a wait period of approximately six to eight weeks between the date you place your order and the date that the product is ready for shipment. The estimated delivery window will be noted on the product page of the respective item.

Please note that the shipping window on the product page is an estimate, while we endeavour to ship all orders within the estimated window, in some cases there may be a small delay of up to 3 weeks outside the estimated shipping window.

Please wait at least 6 weeks from the date you have placed the order before you contact us, we are unable to provide an exact shipping date due to the handmade nature of our products. Most items are shipped within the estimated window and an email with the tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order.

If you are no longer able to receive your pre-ordered item at the original shipping address, email us with your order number and the last 4 digits of the card used and we will update the shipping address for you.

Sales on pre-ordered items are final and we cannot accept any cancellations or returns unless the item is not as described. In the event of receiving damaged or incorrect items, you must inform us via email within 24 hours of receiving the items with all the details and evidence. We will review your submission and if we are satisfied that the item you received is different to your order or it has been damaged during shipping, we will replace or refund your order where appropriate.

SHIPPING:
We offer free international shipping to most countries. Non Pre-order purchases are dispatched within 2-3 working days and a tracking number will be made available within 48 hours of dispatch.

Customers are advised to monitor their order tracking information and must notify us within 10 days from dispatch if there are any problems with the delivery. Any delivery problems or loss reported after the 10 days can no longer be investigated or compensated by MARLOW.

TAXES AND DUTIES:
As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Orders outside of the EU will have the VAT deducted.

PRODUCT COLOURS:
We have made every effort possible to ensure the colours are displayed as accurately as possible. MARLOW cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor will accurately display the true colour.
