How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business working days if the item is in stock, if the item is made-to-order or out of stock it will be clearly mentioned on the website. For any urgent enquiries please email contact@marlowlondon.com

When will my item arrive?
Marlow London offers free worldwide standard shipping on all orders. All orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and will be received 48 hours from shipment. International orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and will be received between 7-10 days.

Do you offer next day delivery?
We don’t currently offer next day delivery through our website. For any enquires regarding urgent orders please email contact@marlowlondon.com and we will do our best to accommodate this.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are currently offering free worldwide shipping.
Please note if you order products for delivery outside of the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

Unfortunately our website doesn’t allow for us to deduct VAT for customers outside of the EU and for this reason we offer free international shipping. For any concerns regarding this please email contact@marlowlondon.com .

How can I track my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an email of confirmation from us along with your order number. Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business working days if the item is in stock. A shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number will be made available within 12 hours of dispatch. If you haven’t received your confirmations, please check your junk mail, if you still have no received it, please email contact@marlowlondon.com

The item I want is out of stock.
For any information with regards to items that are sold out please email contact@marlowlondon.com and our team will put you on a waiting list.

The item I want is made-to-order.
All our leather goods are handcrafted in London, we produce limited runs to reduce our wastage. Made-to-order items will take 6-8 weeks to produce. For further enquiries please email contact@marlowlondon.com .

How can I order a bespoke message?
If you are interested in a bespoke laser-cut message on any of our leather goods please email contact@marlowlondon.com with your enquiry, letting us know which style and colour you are interested in and the message you have in mind. Bespoke orders are subject to a 50% deposit, the customer will receive a digital mock up of the design and on approval the customer will be asked for a non-refundable 50% deposit. Please note bespoke orders will take between 6-8 weeks to produce.

Where are your products made and what are they made from?
All our leather goods are handcrafted in London from vegetable-tanned leather, pure leather that is naturally dyed and free from harmful toxins. The leather will naturally age, scratching will occur and the colour will darken over time; this adds to its individuality and should not be considered blemishes.

Our printed scarves are produced in the UK and made from 100% silk twill or 90% modal, 10% cashmere blend. Our scarves are digitally printed and either machine hemmed or hand frayed.

What charities does the donation from the laser-cut leather bracelets go to?
We believe we have a responsibility to take action, to lead, to inspire and to be more. With this in mind we have selected five charities in keeping with our core values to evenly donate 20% of profits from our laser-cut leather bracelets collection.
