Where are your products made and what are they made from?
All our leather goods are produced in London and crafted from vegetable tanned leather. Vegetable tanned leather is genuine leather that has been dyed using natural tannins free from toxic chemicals.The leather will naturally age absorbing the traces of your life. Scratching will occur and the colour may darken over time due to the natural characteristics of the leather. This adds to its individuality; it will age beautifully.

Our printed scarves are produced in South of England and made from 100% silk twill or 90% modal, 10% cashmere blend. Our scarves are digitally printed and either machine hemmed or hand frayed.

 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are currently offering free international shipping to most countries for a limited time only.

Please note if you order products for delivery outside of the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

Orders outside of the EU will have the VAT deducted at checkout.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?
All payments made on www.marlowlondon.com are secure. We accept Visa (credit and debit cards) MasterCard (credit and debit cards) American Express and PayPal.

 

How can I track my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an email of confirmation from us along with your order number. Non pre-order/made to order purchases are dispatched within 2-3 working days and a tracking number will be made available within 48 hours of dispatch. How can I return items to you?
We offer a returns’ policy for Products returned to us in their original condition with all labels still attached. Please refer to our RETURNS page for further information to get your return processed with us.

 

Do you offer product guarantee?
If you have placed your order on www.marlowlondon.com and you receive a faulty product, you have a right to ask for a repair, exchange, or refund. Please email contact@marlowlondon.com with images of any of your purchases which you consider have been delivered faulty within 14 days of receipt.

Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case by case basis. If within 12 months of ordering your bag it has become faulty, please contact our customer care team who will be able to assist you in resolving this for you as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is of great value to us and we will repair or refund any products we deem to have manufacturing defects in as timely a period as possible.
