HOW BESPOKE WORKS:

Each bag will take between 8-10 weeks to produce from the date of your order, if you have a specific date in mind please contact us at contact@marlowlondon.com and we will try our best to accommodate.

On completion of purchase, Chloé will contact you directly within 24 hours of completing your payment via the contact details you have provided at the checkout. Chloé will confirm your message and barcode sequence, as well as provide an estimated delivery date for your order. We will not begin production of the bag until you have confirmed and approved the digital PDF design. Chloé will keep you up-to-date throughout the process and inform you when your bag is ready for dispatch.
